I was looking through an old journal of mine this morning, inspired by a great quote Rosalba came up with just the other day. I knew I had other things she had said written in the margins just because I got such a kick out of them when she said them. I hope they come out in their written form, some may require a certain delivery to be appreciated but here it goes:
At tax time " Don't tell me why but why are State wages and tips different than the Federal? Do you know why? You know why? Cause Federal takes out more taxes. Is that why?.. That's not why.."

Quotes from Rosalba
Quotes from Katrina
Now just to be fair I found one from me ( talking about myself - what else is new? ) " What kind of an idiot would say they're dumb twice in a day!"
New Music Studio
I got the paint from Home Depot for our studio. As I picked up the orange paint from the orange shopping basket and put it into my orange car I was kind of glad I had decided not to wear my orange sweater today.
Housework
A friend shared this quote with me. "Few tasks are more like the torture of Sisyphus than housework, with it's endless repitition: the clean becomes soiled, the soiled is made clean, over and over, day after day. " Simone De Beauvior
One of Woody's best films.
Watched Woody Allen's "Love and Death" on TV the other night, one of my favorite films of all time. Found the script on the internet courtesy of script-o-rama.com - this is one of my favorite lines from the movie:
“To love is to suffer. To avoid suffering, one must not love. But then one suffers from not loving. Therefore, to love is to suffer. Not to love is to suffer. To suffer is to suffer. To be happy is to love. To be happy, then, is to suffer, but suffering makes one unhappy. Therefore, to be unhappy one must love, or love to suffer, or suffer from too much happiness... I hope you're getting this down...”

Backroom Potter's open house
Since this is my entry I'll try to speak only for myself (even if I know Rosalba feels the same way). I had a great time Friday at the open house.
