Non Domestiks

I was looking through an old journal of mine this morning, inspired by a great quote Rosalba came up with just the other day. I knew I had other things she had said written in the margins just because I got such a kick out of them when she said them. I hope they come out in their written form, some may require a certain delivery to be appreciated but here it goes:
At tax time " Don't tell me why but why are State wages and tips different than the Federal? Do you know why? You know why? Cause Federal takes out more taxes. Is that why?.. That's not why.."
